What it does with Geenuga Casa
- It reads your saved searches and searches the property portals using your browser and your sessions.
- It only saves the homes worth it, with photos and a page of their own; Geenuga takes care of duplicates, the scam check and local prices.
- It gives you a page for every home with the buying costs, the mortgage repayment and the drive times to your places.
- It compares mortgage offers, keeps an eye on rates and answers the requests you leave it in the app.
What it never does
- It never enters passwords or codes on websites: you sign in to the portals yourself.
- It doesn't contact advertisers, book viewings or fill in forms without your yes.
- It stops at CAPTCHAs and anti-bot checks, and doesn't use websites' hidden APIs.
- It doesn't change your ratings, notes, status or favourites for the homes.
Automatic search
You can have your assistant repeat your searches every day with a scheduled task (in Claude: Cowork; in ChatGPT: scheduled tasks). Ask your assistant “how do I set up automatic search?”: it'll explain the steps and give you the text to paste. Browser searches only run while your computer is on and Chrome is open.
With Claude Code
From the Terminal: claude mcp add --transport http geenuga function(){throw Error("Attempted to call INDIRIZZO_MCP() from the server but INDIRIZZO_MCP is on the client. It's not possible to invoke a client function from the server, it can only be rendered as a Component or passed to props of a Client Component.")}
Your data
The assistant only sees your family's data, and only while it stays connected: you can disconnect it from your account. Whatever goes to Claude or ChatGPT is also covered by Anthropic's and OpenAI's rules for your account with them. Details in the privacy notice.
