What's new

What's new in Geenuga, in a few lines: what you can do now that you couldn't before.

  1. Geenuga Casa

Your places on the map, with the roads to get there

Turn on «Your places»: work, family and the other places in your life appear on the map. Tap a home to see the road to each one, with the minutes by car.

    • With «All towns» you also see the prices of the towns around where you are looking, when official values exist.
    • Nearby towns use the same colours as your legend, lighter than yours.
    • The map is bigger and goes full screen too; tap a home and its card appears in the corner, without moving the map.
    • Homes are dots: the price appears when you hover, or always with «Home prices».
  2. Geenuga Casa

The price map now reads at a glance

On the map every town you search has its own colour, from green for the cheapest to pink for the priciest, with its name and average value per m² on top. No need to hover any more.

    • Labels thin out by themselves as you zoom out, and come back as you zoom in.
    • Tap a town or its label to see its zones.
  3. All of Geenuga

When your period ends, your search stays readable

When the trial or the period you chose ends, Geenuga Casa and Geenuga Auto don't lock you out: read your homes, cars, notes and figures whenever you like. To change or add something, pick up the search again from your account.

      Geenuga Casa

Several searches at once? Look at one at a time

If you're house hunting for two projects, say a home to live in and one by the sea, pick which one to look at in the list of homes and see only its homes.

      • Homes without a search belong to the main one.
      Geenuga Casa

      Small improvements

Little things that make your day easier.

      • A viewing's notes are now really saved when you finish typing them.
      All of Geenuga

Ask for an opinion: send a home, a car or a comparison to anyone

With “Share” you create a link to send to a friend or relative: they see the photos, price and details of the listing without signing up. Your budget, costs and notes stay yours.

      • If you like, add a short note, your ratings with pros and cons, and the assistant's analysis.
      • See how many times it's been opened, and switch it off whenever you want.
      • You can also ask the assistant: it creates the link and gives it to you in the chat, then you send it.
      Geenuga Casa

What your area is worth: official values and 10 years of history

On every home's page you see the official price range per m² for its zone, whether the home sits below, within or above it, and how the town has changed in ten years. On the map, the towns you search are coloured by price.

      • In Italy these are the OMI values of the Agenzia delle Entrate, for buying and for renting.
      • Tap a town on the map to see the prices of its zones.
      • In other countries the assistant looks the values up on official sites and adds them for you.
    • All of Geenuga

Every photo in the listing, not just the first 15

When the assistant saves a home or a car, it now copies every photo in the listing into Geenuga, up to 100, floor plans included. They stay even if the listing disappears.

      • For homes already saved, the assistant adds the missing photos the next time it checks the listings.
    • All of Geenuga

Pick two homes from the list and compare them right away

In the list of homes and cars you can now pick up to four listings with one tap and open them side by side. And you always see which filters are on, and how many results are left.

      • Remove a filter with its ×, or all of them at once with “Clear all”.

A tidier app, with the title and actions always in view

On your computer, Geenuga Casa and Geenuga Auto have a new frame: the menu and the top bar are one piece, the page scrolls on its own, and its title and buttons stay at the top as you scroll.

      • Account, settings, language and “Sign out” now live in the menu with your initial, top right.
      All of Geenuga

      Small improvements

Little things that make your day easier.

      • When you change language, the page switches straight away instead of hanging.
      • On the map every home shows its photo, in the list too, and the box of the home you pick is fully visible.
      • Security emails, like the alert for a sign-in from a new device, now come in your language and say when and from where.
      Geenuga Casa

No more duplicate homes, even when the listing names another town

A home in a village that straddles two towns can show up on one portal in one town and on another in the next. Now your assistant notices and doesn't save it twice.

      Geenuga Casa

      Sharper maps, with Apple Maps

The map of your homes and the area map on your “we're looking for a home” sign now use Apple Maps: sharper and easier to read, on your phone too.

      • When Apple Maps isn't available, the map switches to OpenStreetMap on its own, as before.
      All of Geenuga

A clearer privacy notice that tells you everything

We've rewritten our privacy notice: you'll now find every service that touches your data, how long we keep it and why.

      • If you mention a baby on the way, we use it only to count bedrooms and only with your consent: you can remove it any time.
      • If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive only an identifier and your email from them.
      • Technical server logs are deleted automatically after 14 days.
    • All of Geenuga

      It's called Geenuga everywhere

Emails now come from “Geenuga”, and when you connect ChatGPT or another assistant you'll see our icon: you know straight away you're in the right place.

      • If you've installed the Geenuga plugin, update it to version 1.1 to get everything else that's new.
    • All of Geenuga

The Geenuga plugin for Claude and ChatGPT

Add it once and your assistant already knows how to work with Geenuga: no addresses to copy, no settings.

      • It searches property and car sites, analyses a listing and checks for scams.
      • It compares mortgage offers and tells you what to ask the bank.
      • It only ever uses your data, with your permission.
      All of Geenuga

      Search in your country

In your account, choose where you're searching from 12 European countries: your assistant uses that country's property sites and price sources, for homes and for cars.

      • Italy is complete; the other 11 countries are in beta: costs, mortgage and buying steps are still the Italian ones.
      • Your “we're looking for a home” sign speaks your country's language, and you can change it.
      Geenuga Casa

Set up Casa just by talking

Who you are, who'll live with you, budget, areas, the places that matter: you can tell your assistant instead of filling in the pages. It saves only what you tell it.

      • Children, parents, a baby on the way or a pet: Geenuga Casa works out how many bedrooms you need.
      Geenuga Casa

Assistant emails that are easier to read

When your assistant writes to you, the email now has proper headings and lists, a summary at the top, and the homes it mentions with photo and price.

      All of Geenuga

      Small improvements

Little things that make the day easier.

      • 8 characters are enough for a password.
      • Notification preferences save even when you change just one.
      • The page for connecting your assistant is shorter and says clearly what it will be able to do.
    • All of Geenuga

      Geenuga speaks 8 languages

Website, app and emails in Italian, English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch and Polish. Pick your language at the bottom of any page: Geenuga remembers it.

      • Everyone in the family can have their own language: emails reach each person in theirs.
      Geenuga Auto

      Introducing Geenuga Auto

Geenuga's second product: for choosing and buying (or leasing) a car with no nasty surprises, with the same account and the same assistant.

      • The true monthly cost of every car, not just the instalment: fuel or charging, road tax, insurance, servicing and how much value it loses.
      • Market price, mileage that doesn't add up and classic scams, checked before you make a move.
      • Cash, car finance, balloon payment, leasing or long-term rental, compared over the same years and mileage.
      Geenuga Casa

      Geenuga Casa for renters too

Tell it whether you want to buy, rent or weigh up both: the numbers, steps and guides adapt.

      • How much you need to move in (deposit, first month, agency fee) and what you'll really spend each month.
      • The rent you can afford, worked out from your own numbers.
      • A scam check designed for rental listings.
      • Five steps with their own guides, from searching to getting the keys.
      Geenuga Casa

Your “we're looking for a home” sign goes further

Your assistant finds the groups, sites and noticeboards in your areas where it can be shared. It posts only where you say yes and checks the posts stay online.
